How to Submit a Complaint

What to Expect

• Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours.

• Investigation: Our team will conduct a thorough review and may contact you for additional information if needed.

• Resolution: We aim to resolve all complaints within 7 business days and will provide a detailed response, including any corrective actions taken.

Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) Notice and Takedown Policy
AMS Consulting, LLC (“AMS Consulting”), operator of findom.us.com, qualifies as a “Service Provider” under 17 U.S.C. § 512(k)(1) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). As such, AMS Consulting is entitled to certain protections from liability for copyright infringement claims pursuant to the DMCA’s “safe harbor” provisions.

“I hereby declare, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the use of the material described above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law, and that the information contained in this notification is accurate.”

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that material removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA Notice was removed in error or due to misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(2)-(3). Your counter-notification must include the following:

• A description of the material that was removed or disabled and its location on findom.us.com prior to removal (including the specific URL(s));

• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification;

• Your full name, physical address, telephone number, and email address;

• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you reside outside the U.S., for any judicial district where AMS Consulting may be found); and

• A statement that you agree to accept service of process from the party who submitted the original Notice or that party’s agent.
